Introducing our Aran Islands Seaweed Pesto!   We are delighted to introduce the first of our retail products, our Aran Islands Seaweed Pesto. A huge thank you to Sonya Lennon and to Colette Twomey from Clonakilty Black Pudding for all their help and support in launching our product. We were thrilled to feature on Strictly Business and tell our story. David’s Potato and Dulse Bread
Dulse and Potato Bread! David making his version of potato and dulse bread at home. The potato provides a lovely spongy finish to the bread and the Dulse (or as we call it Dillisk) adds delicious flavour to the bread.
